Sam Gordon is the 2016-17 MSRE Student Representative on the Board, MSRE Student Council Chair and Real Estate Club Co-Chair.
I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in General Social Science with an emphasis on Business and Economics. This enabled me to expand my areas of study to become proficient in: Marketing, Management, Writing, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate and the Stock Market. Immediately after graduating, I received my license as a broker in the state of Washington and I am currently still active as a broker.
My experience and market knowledge in retail leasing, sales, and tenant representation will enable me to offer innovative ideas for potential projects. I have spent my life studying the retail landscape of the greater Seattle area and would like nothing more than to be involved with the future development and impact on this city. Eventually, I look forward to studying other markets around the World and trying to create the most unique and desired communities. I have spent a lot of time presenting my services to landlords all over the city, and the insight I have gained has been invaluable. Working so closely with developers has given me a clear vision of the type of employee they look for.
