Kelli Leith



A 15 year veteran in the Corporate Real Estate industry, Kelli is a long time Husky. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington as well as a Masters of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Kelli started her career at CBRE as a Project Manager working on large corporate accounts overseeing construction projects. She has spent the last 10 years working for Microsoft in their Real Estate and Facilities organization. While at Microsoft Kelli held various corporate real estate positions. Those positions included Construction Management, Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, Real Estate Transactions, Long Term Strategy Development as well as overall Client Engagement. During her time at Microsoft she managed and developed the long term real estate strategy and actively managed a portfolio of 14.5 Million Square feet which included office space, lab space, data center space as well as specialized hardware facilities. As a Construction Manager at Microsoft Kelli managed the delivery, the procurement and design and construction of over 1.5M sq ft of new office space totaling over $350M in contracts.

Kelli has held leadership and board positions with both the local chapters of CoreNet and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Today Ms. Leith currently serves as an Affiliate Faculty in the University of Washington’s postgraduate Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies.
