Pat McCabe is a 30 year commercial real estate veteran, a die-hard Husky, and a Runstad Center faculty member within the Master of Science in Real Estate program.
Pat is currently a Senior Managing Director with the international real estate firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he leads the transaction management team for Boeing’s 41 million square foot Northwest US portfolio. Over the course of his career Pat has successfully negotiated over 11 million square feet of commercial property transactions throughout the United States and in 20 global markets. Pat has held development, leasing, and management leadership roles with several local and international firms, including Jones Lang LaSalle, Bentall Kennedy, and Unico Properties.
Pat holds a Master of Science in Management from the London School of Economics, and Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Building Construction from the University of Washington. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, a licensed Managing Broker, and holds the Master of Corporate Real Estate professional designation.
