A-P Hurd




A-P Hurd is the President of Touchstone, a Seattle-area real estate company that is currently developing about two million square feet of new office and hotel space. She is also a faculty member and Runstad Fellow in the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington, where she teaches a course on land economics and public policy.  She was the 2014 Chapter President of NAIOP Washington and is the board Treasurer at Forterra. She has worked on numerous urban policy initiatives at the state and local level and has received several awards for her work. A-P recently published The Carbon Efficient City with the University of Washington Press.
