Andrew earned his Masters of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington in Spring 2015. He is currently President of the UW Real Estate Alumni Group and Runstad Center Alumni Board Member. During his time at the University of Washington, Andrew served as the Student Board Member for CoreNet Washington, was a 2015 Runstad Affiliate Fellow, and received the Rebecca J. Griego Memorial Scholarship. Andrew was an active participating member of NAIOP, ULI, CoreNet, and the UW Real Estate Club. In the summer of 2014 and during the school year, he interned with Urban Evolution, a multi-family acquisition specialist.
Currently Andrew works as a Development Associate in The Wolff Company’s Seattle office. He’s responsible for site identification, market research, diligence, conceptual design, and entitlement coordination for new construction in the Pacific Northwest region – Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana. The Wolff Company builds, owns, and operates multi-family and senior housing throughout the West Coast.
Andrew was born and raised in the Seattle area, after spending stints in Atlanta, San Diego, and New York City he returned to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family, friends, and this wonderful region. He’s an avid fly fisherman, loves soccer even if his knees don’t, makes a Mariners playoff wish every year, and travels as much as possible.
