Ian Fishburn is an entrepreneurial minded professional with over seven years experience in the real estate industry, including development management and project management, working on high-end residential multi-family projects. He performed due diligence research, created feasibility studies and built financial models for development opportunities as well as participated in senior level product design, strategic planning and marketing. Additionally, Ian worked with consultants and agencies on entitlements for multiple tract maps and use permits as well as developed project timelines, construction budgets and managed LEED certifications. Serving as vice president of a small development company, he participated in projects for Starwood Development and Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. One distinguished project, Altis at Mammoth, received LEED Gold certification, selling for an average price of $1.7 million per 3,000 square-foot unit. He also worked on Tallus Private Residence Club, another notable project with 5,000 square-foot units that sold for $4.2 million. Ian is passionate about real estate and intends to expand his experience and breadth of knowledge in the industry through a challenging and dynamic position. He has a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis where he also played collegiate baseball. He is a member of ULI, NAIOP, and UW Real Estate Club.
