Joe David is a Project Manager at Point32, a Seattle-based project management firm. His recently completed projects include a major tenant improvement for FareStart’s new facility on Beacon Hill, and a visitor’s center for the Friends of the Waterfront. Joe also managed Living Building Challenge (LBC) compliance for the Bullitt Center, where he is best known for development and implementation of a vetting process to meet the LBC’s materials ‘Red List’ requirements. Joe received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Washington. He has also worked in the renewable energy field where he permitted and installed wind turbines for small-scale localized energy production. Joe currently serves on the Steering Committee and Land Use & Development working group for the Capitol Hill Ecodistrict.
