Upon graduating with honors, Natalie worked at an architecture firm in Shanghai, China. As a junior designer, she worked alongside developers on retail, mixed-use, residential and office properties in China and Taiwan. Natalie returned to the US using her newly acquired skills at an architecture firm in Nashville, TN. She has worked on award-winning projects that range from a contemporary furniture store, national headquarters for a Fortune 500 company, the rehabilitation of a dilapidated mall to a medical office building and a variety of mixed-use projects. She also has experience working on high-end residential single-family homes and recording studios. She currently works on Storefront Studio, focusing primarily on buildings in the International District in Seattle.
Natalie’s real estate interests are primarily focused on urban infill and adaptive reuse projects that practice environmental responsibility. She is a Co-President of 47ºN and a member of the UW Real Estate Club and NAIOP.
Natalie earned a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture with a minor in Spanish at Clemson University. She is currently a second-year Master of Architecture and first-year Master of Science in Real Estate student. She will be the first graduate of both programs from the University of Washington.
She is an avid traveler and has spent collectively over 4 years of her life traveling abroad. She is fluent in Spanish.
