Yeon Soo Lee is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington. He graduated from Hanyang University in South Korea with a bachelor of Architecture and worked for Hudigm Architecture & Engineering Firm, where he focused on projects of varying scope and size, including office buildings, and government mixed-use development projects. His primary responsibility was to provide design concepts and development plans based on feasibility studies and data analysis.
Yeon Soo is particularly interested in optimizing the performance of real estate assets for equity investors. With his expertise in design and new skill sets in financial management gained from his studies with the Runstad Center, Yeon Soo is well positioned to add value to portfolio properties, while also contributing to the overall public good. His multidisciplinary background endows him with creative problem-solving abilities and good communication and teamwork skills, along with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations.
Besides his interests in the built environment and real estate, Yeon Soo enjoys exploring Seattle, trying new restaurants, taking photographs and playing basketball. He is also a member of ULI and NAIOP. He looks forward to getting even more integrated with the local community, applying his skills in various contexts while also learning from the diverse people in this vibrant metropolis.
