Blake Carbonatto is a Vice President of The Rush Companies, running Rush Capital, Inc. to provide advisory services to affiliated real estate partnerships and external clients. He is primarily responsible for financing, asset management, and development in the greater Seattle area. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Blake graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Foster School of Business. As a commercial real estate mortgage banker, Blake placed over a billion dollars in debt and equity transactions with life insurance companies, banks, CMBS lenders, pension funds, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. Blake is an expert in construction financing, having originated over a half a billion dollars in loan production for a national bank. He has spent his entire career in commercial real estate finance, with roles including underwriting, business development, asset management, and loan production.
Blake is actively involved with Northshore Young Life as a board member, and busy with industry organizations as member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee and Belden Club Steering Committee. Blake lives in Bothell, WA with his wife and three kids.
