Andrew Hunt

Alumni Representative, Advisory Board

Andrew works as a Senior Development Associate in The Wolff Company’s Seattle office. He’s responsible for site identification, market research, diligence, conceptual design, and entitlement efforts for new construction in the Pacific Northwest region – Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana. The Wolff Company builds, owns, and operates multi-family and senior housing throughout the West Coast.

Andrew was born and raised in the Seattle area. After spending stints in Atlanta, San Diego, and New York City he returned to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family, friends, and this wonderful region. He’s an avid fly fisherman, loves soccer even if his knees don’t, makes a Mariners playoff wish every year, and travels as much as possible.

Andrew earned his Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington in Spring 2015. During his time at the University of Washington, Andrew served as the Student Board Member for CoreNet Washington, was a 2015 Runstad Affiliate Fellow, and received the Rebecca J. Griego Memorial Scholarship. Andrew joined and continues to actively participate in NAIOP, ULI, CoreNet, and the UW Real Estate Club.
