Lisa has extensive experience managing urban development projects in Seattle and nationally. Her project experience includes office, resort, retail, residential, mixed-use and urban infill. Due to the size and complexity of these projects, Lisa has worked with numerous local, state and federal entities in the permitting process as well as environmental and regulatory agencies. She has a track record for delivering high quality projects that involve numerous stakeholders. Most recently, Lisa has been assisting large land owners on value based, experiential development concepts in Washington, Idaho and California.

Muse Development, Seattle, WA
Founded a small development company based in Seattle engaged in several infill projects involving shoreline and complex neighborhood dynamics. Led a team of professionals developing a master plan and 20-year development agreement for an area of over 30 acres in a suburban core location.

Canyon Ranch Resorts, Tucson, AZ
Led the real estate and brand expansion of a $4 billion health and wellness (spa) company, including the development management (conceptualization, finance, design, sales, marketing and development) of the company’s first lifestyle residential community, a $500 million project on the water in Miami Beach, Florida. Created and managed the corporate initiative focused on developing innovations in “guest experience,” which became critical to the success of expansion and ultimately maintaining brand value.

Harbor Properties, Seattle, WA
Led a team of professionals executing several mixed-use projects totaling over one million square feet in downtown Seattle, Washington. This included the management of several key partnerships including those with Vulcan Inc, PEMCO Insurance and McCaw Investment Group; Directed the design, marketing and leasing of a 400,000 square foot mixed use project of 180 units, 180,000 square feet of Class A office space and 40,000 square feet of retail; Managed over $200 million in real estate assets, underwriting the development risk, managing lenders in all construction and permanent financing efforts.

Hines Interests L.P., Bellevue, WA
Directed the development of projects, acquisitions, and real estate services for Hines on the Eastside of Seattle, Washington. Established market presence, managed office of eight people, managed press and civic relationships and controlled budgets in excess of $100 million. Completed over 700,000 square feet of commercial leasing.

Bristol Group, San Francisco, CA
Acquired, asset managed, developed, repositioned and disposed of over $250 million in real estate assets located in Boston, Massachusetts and Washington D.C. on behalf of the pension fund clients.
