McCann, Jeff

Jeff McCann

Born and raised in the Seattle area, Jeff grew up a third generation dirt contractor.  The family business started with his grandfather, two horses and a flatbed wagon– and the family legacy still involves heavy civil construction.  Jeff earned a degree in Building Construction (UW ’94) and Master’s in Construction Management (UW ’00).

Jeff navigated away from the dirt business toward development. He has worked with investors, developers and builders to acquire, develop and sell over 1,000 acres of land in the Puget Sound region.  He owns a land use
consulting business and has been a licensed broker for more than 20- years.  As an aspiring life-long learner, Jeff decided to enroll in the MSRE program to gain a more comprehensive understanding of finance, development and other aspects of real estate.

In his spare time, Jeff is an avid trail runner, triathlete and enjoys climbing. He once captained a U.S. based adventure-racing team that placed in the top 20 at Eco Challenge Fiji.
