Matt works as a brokerage associate in The Moran & Company’s Seattle office. He is responsible for market research, diligence, valuation analysis, and various market outreach programs in the Pacific Northwest region – Washington & Oregon. Moran & Company is a national multifamily brokerage firm focused on single asset or portfolio sales, development capitalizations and land sales.
Matt was born and raised in the Seattle area. He is a passionate cyclist in the spring and skier in the winter. He loves watching the Huskies win more games than they lose and likes to travel as much as possible.
After spending seven years at the University of Washington Matt is a proud Husky. Matt earned his undergraduate degree in Business in 2012. Five years later, he earned his Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington in 2017. During his time at the University of Washington, Matt
was an active member in ULI, NAIOP, and the UW Real Estate Club. He is also a licensed CPA and licensed managing broker in the state of Washington.
