Will DeVault-Weaver

Will is pursuing a master’s degree in Real Estate with a dual focus in Finance & Investment and Development. Concurrently, he is pursuing a masters degree in Architecture. Will is interested in the design, financing, and development of affordable housing.

Will graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, in Amherst MA. Following his undergraduate career, Will worked as an apprentice for TIA Architects where he contributed to the firm’s proposal-booklet for a housing development in downtown Amherst. He also worked with Habitat for Humanity as a construction crew leader in Charlottesville Virginia, where he led volunteers in the construction of multifamily housing.

Following his internship with Habitat, Will spent six months volunteering in New Orleans Louisiana before moving cross country to pursue Architecture at the University of Washington.

While wrapping up his Architectural degree, Will continues to pursue his education with the Runstad Department of Real Estate. After graduation, Will plans to put his knowledge of design, finance and development to work with an affordable housing developer or architectural firm on the East Coast.
